 Basic end-user skills with the word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications from any suite of office productivity software, such as Microsoft® Office®. In addition, the student is expected to complete Introduction to Six Sigma.
 
 Target Student;
 
 This course is intended for any level of employee and various levels of management that intend to take an active role in the Six Sigma methodology.
 
 Hardware Requirements
 
 For this course, you will need one computer for each student and one for the instructor. Each computer will need the following minimum hardware configuration:
 Software RequirementsA PC with a Pentium® processor, at least 300 MHz
A minimum of 64 MB of RAM with 1.0 GB of free hard disk space
A CD-ROM drive
Super VGA recommended (set at least to 800 x 600 screen resolution) with 256 colors
