Overview:

A team’s success depends on its cohesion and a team’s cohesion depends upon how well built the team’s foundation is. In this course, students will learn how to identify the characteristics of effective and ineffective teams, handle and avoid conflict among team members, and make decisions and reach consensus with other group members.
