
Corel Course Overview
Students will learn the basics of the Painter 6 application package.
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with personal computers and a working knowledge of a Mac OS 8.1 (or later) platform.
Benefits:
Students will learn how to use the Painter 6 software at an introductory level and will have a working knowledge of the software package and its many tools.
Target student:
For students wishing to gain exposure to a leading image-editing software program. Painter 6 provides a wide variety of painting tools, advanced color controls and texturing capabilities on either electronic canvases or imported images.

Painter 6.0 Basic Skills for Windows/Mac is the first course in this series. Painter 6: Intermediate, the next course in this series, teaches student how to create more sophisticated art documents using more advanced tools. Students who want to learn advanced features can take Painter 6: Advanced.
