This Workshop is designed to help project managers (and others who need to communicate effectively with people in a workplace environment) identify the kinds of communications involved in organizing and managing a project. You'll learn what needs to be communicated in a project; strategies for project reporting (and how to keep the reports coming in - on time!); how to conduct meetings that actually accomplish something; and how to address project conflict.
Audience:
Project managers and others who need to communicate effectively with people in a workplace environment.
Prerequisites:
None. However, this Workshop will be more meaningful to participants who have had some project experience as either managers or project team members.
