This course is designed for help desk professionals who are responsible for supporting the Notes 6.5 user. This course assists support professionals in fulfilling most user requests and solving many workstation problems without having to escalate problems to the Domino administrator or application developer.

create simple agents to automate Notes
create private views and folders
export data from a view and create a mail-merge output file using any specified delimiter
help users combat "infoglut" by maximizing the use of Bookmarks, Bookmark Folders, the Workspace, database libraries, unread marks, and database subscriptions
configure Notes to browse the Web and send/receive Internet mail
support mobile users who use Notes while disconnected from the network.
 
 
 		
This course is part of a series of courses designed to prepare help desk professionals to provide first-level user support for various clients, principally Notes 6.5.
 This course is distinguished from the Lotus Notes 6.5 Administration course, which is designed for administrators who use Domino Administrator and who have administrative rights to the Domino Server. Depending on your responsibilities, you may need this additional knowledge.

 In addition to having mastery over the content in the Lotus Notes 6 User Essentials and Lotus Domino Web Access 6.5 User Essentials courses before taking this course, participants should also have a deep understanding of:
