During this course you will send and reply to electronic mail using the IBM Lotus Domino Web Access (DWA) 7 application in a browser. Because your Mail incorporates Sametime instant messaging, you will also know when people are online so you can chat in real time.
This course thoroughly covers the calendar and scheduling features found in your Mail. You will use the Calendar to keep track of your appointments and to schedule meetings. While you are planning a meeting you can check your co-workers’ schedules to see who is available. You can reserve a room and other resources so that everything is in place when the meeting starts.
You will learn to how to keep track of your To Do’s and to view your To Do’s in Gantt chart form so you can more easily visualize your tasks.
You will create contacts and groups to help manage your relationships, as well as to assist in mail addressing.
This course also shows you how to continue to access your Mail while disconnected from the Internet and then synchronize changes when reconnected.
